Application Features
This production line selects our company HDPE (PP, ABS) pipe dedicated high-performance extruder.Screw is carried with barrier and compounding head. New slotted barrel has good plasticizing and compounding effect, with big extrusion capacity and stable extruding properties. Special designed basket die head for HDPE (PP, ABS) large diameter and thick wall pipe has features of low melt temperature, good mixing performance, low mold cavity pressure and stable production.
Proprietary designed calibrating and cooling system, adopts water film for lubrication and water for cooling , in order to adapt to the dimensional stability and roundness of HDPE(PP, ABS) pipe. Extruder, haul-off machine adopts famous imported speed regulator to start-up and control, which has good stability, high precision and high reliability.
The entire production line running and running time is controled by PLC programed procedure, It sets a good man-machine interface, all process parameters can be set and displayed via the touch screen. It can be equipped with tag line extruder to produce national standard color line pipe.
